Georgette Gorham, the founder PeopleFlow AI, and a career development leader with over a decade of experience in HR, learning, and organizational development. Throughout my career, I’ve helped organizations design career pathways, launch learning programs, and create systems that empower employees to grow. We are a minority owned small business located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. We specialize in helping small businesses and nonprofits streamline operations and build robust HR and compliance systems.

Why We Started PeopleFlow AI:

I started PeopleFlow AI because I saw how often small businesses and nonprofits struggle without the resources of a full HR team. Owners and leaders are asked to do it all—yet they don’t always have the support, systems, or guidance they need to manage their people effectively.

With PeopleFlow AI, my goal is to change that. I provide affordable, practical services that blend automation with human-centered support. From regulatory compliance to employee development, I help organizations put the right systems in place so they can focus on what matters most—growing their impact and supporting their people.
